What is spam?
Spam is the transmission of unsolicited commercial email, which provoke complaints from the recipient.
Posting commercial ads to USENET newsgroups that do not permit it.
Posting articles containing binary encoded data to non-binary newsgroups.
Excessive and repeated posting of off-topic messages to newsgroups.
Excessive and repeated Cross-Posting. Email harassment of other Internet users
SCAM-X Anti Spam Policy
SCAM-X does not endorse or tolerate spam in any form. SCAM-X.com does not engage in spamming. SCAM-X.com is fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003. Our marketing affiliates choose their own way of promoting SCAM-X. However, if a marketing partner is reported to be spamming, he/she may be subject to removal from the SCAM-X marketing program and SCAM-X Seal program.
How can you help us stop spammers?
Contact SCAM-X immediately. If you have received a message that you consider "spam" from a SCAM-X.com user or a SCAM-X.com marketing affiliate please forward the entire email to abuse@scam-x.com. We will investigate each occurrence of unsolicited email and act quickly to stop abusive behavior.
